In her current role as Retail Media Advertising Lead at B&Q, Abi Hammod is responsible for the strategic development of the retail media business and designs innovative advertising solutions for retailers. Previously, she gained extensive experience in eCommerce, Amazon, insights, full comms planning, and digital transformation, developing data-driven marketing strategies for leading brands.
In addition to her professional role, Abi is a Women in Retail Ambassador, working to increase the visibility and advancement of women in the industry. Her expertise is underpinned by certifications from IPA, Amazon, and Google, and her deep understanding of retail media makes her a sought-after expert in the industry.

Kolja Brosche is co-founder and managing director of SkillProjects, a consulting firm for digital business models. Kolja Brosche is also Country Manager Germany at LiveRamp, where he is responsible for the strategic development and expansion of LiveRamp's German business. He brings over 20 years of experience in the digital industry and has held various management roles, including at media agencies, digital marketers, and technology and software providers in the adtech and martech sectors.

Corinna Hohenleitner has been Vice President of the German Digital Economy Association (BVDW) since 2021. There, she is responsible for driving forward the topics of e-commerce and retail media with regard to developments in the German market and the discourse at the international level.
She has 18 years of experience in digital advertising and commerce. Since February 2023, she has been Director CEU, Activation, responsible for the Central European business with brands, media agencies, and advertising retailers at the commerce media company Criteo.
BORIS PRONDZINSKI

In his current role as Managing Director of Media-Saturn Marketing, Boris Prondzinski is responsible for MediaMarktSaturn's retail media business and, together with Torsten Ahlers, is driving its Europe-wide expansion. Previously, he worked as a data expert at the Hamburg-based media company Weischer.Media, where he established the newly created Data Strategy & New Business division. As early as 2014, Prondzinski was one of the pioneers in the retail media sector and played a key role in the founding of Otto Group Media, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Otto Group. In 2019, he also initiated the data alliance OS Data Solutions, a joint venture between the Otto Group and the Ströer Group.

Björn Wolak, General Manager Retail Media at DocMorris, heads the dmr Advertising marketing unit and its associated marketing efforts. He joined DocMorris in October 2021 and has since been responsible for the development and scaling of the retail media offering. He previously gained the relevant expertise as CEO of the retail media marketer Kairion, part of the Seven-One Entertainment Group. His passion for retail media, especially in the healthcare sector, and tailor-made advertising products for every objective drives him every day.

Prof. Wolfgang Henseler is a professor of digital media and intermedial design at Pforzheim University – Faculty of Design. He researches and teaches in the areas of user experience, user-centered interface design, design and innovation thinking, and AI-based solutions for customer-centric ecosystems. Professor Henseler is also Creative Managing Director at SENSORY-MINDS, a design studio for innovative technologies and smart media based in Offenbach am Main. He is responsible for the area of "Innovative Technologies and Customer Centric Business Strategies." Professor Henseler is considered an expert in customer experience management and AI-based loyalty systems, as well as customer- and user-centric 5.0 business solutions, and he is a specialist in media-based brand experiences and design and innovation thinking.
